Products, Artist books and Editions
All products viewed online are sold subject to written and photographic description. We aim to make these as accurate as possible. Please keep in mind that whilst all artist book editions are made with technical accuracy and consistency, they may be: handmade, individually hand numbered, or have a unique attribute, for example, ‘individually hand-torn covers’. Please read the ‘Book construction’ section in the individual descriptions for detailed information.
Purchases and Transactions
If you make a purchase through the Site (e.g., buying a book), you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information for the transaction. All prices are listed in GBP (£), and you are responsible for any taxes, shipping, or additional fees associated with your purchase. Payments are processed securely via our payment gateway provider, Stripe.
Refusal of Transaction
We reserve the right to refuse any order or refuse service to anyone, for any reason at any time. In using our site, you agree to provide current, complete and accurate billing and shipping information for all purchases made at our store and that your use of, or inability to use, the service is at your sole risk.
Returns and Refunds
For information about returns or refunds for purchased items, please refer to our Shipping policy (link to policy). In the event of a defective or incorrect product, we will work with you to resolve the issue. Please note that some products, such as digital items (e.g., downloadable books), may not be subject to this right of cancellation.
