Shipping information

Orders are usually processed within 3 working days. You will receive a confirmation email that your order has been placed, and another when your order is shipped.

UK Postage & Packaging Rates

UK shipping costs £4.00 per order. All UK orders are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48, which usually arrives within 2-3 working days after despatch.

Overseas Shipping

Shipping to Europe costs £9.00 per order and is sent via Royal Mail Standard International – Tracked.

Duties and taxes are not covered in the shipping cost, these will be charged and collected locally. We hold no responsibility if your package is held in customs and cannot predict if this will happen. If your order is returned to us, we will get in touch with you to refund the full amount back to the account you made payment from.

Returns

If you are unhappy with your purchase, please write to: info@lydiadavies.co.uk. A refund can be offered if your purchase is returned in its original, unopened and unused condition, within 28 days of receiving your item. Please note that we are unable to reimburse postage costs for returns.

Please get in touch straight away if your purchase is damaged or if you receive the wrong item.
